The Office for the Advancement of Teaching (OAT) – UP Diliman supports faculty development through learning resources, institutional guides, and teaching enhancement programs. I contributed to Brand Development and Campaign Execution by producing instructional assets and visual communication materials for new faculty onboarding.
Sequence
New faculty onboarding processes often rely on dense institutional documents that are difficult to navigate and absorb, especially for first-time educators in a complex academic environment. There was a need to translate a comprehensive guidebook into more accessible, engaging, and structured learning materials that improve understanding and retention.
Mutate
Developed a 90-page institutional guidebook alongside supporting visual assets for onboarding new faculty members. Produced two animation videos that simplified key teaching protocols, institutional processes, and academic guidelines into clear, narrative-driven motion graphics. Designed accompanying visual systems to ensure consistency across print and digital learning materials, prioritizing clarity, hierarchy, and instructional flow.
Express
Improved accessibility and engagement of onboarding materials by transforming static institutional content into structured visual learning tools.
